And you must test your motive and objective first. First, find the will of God, and then find your objective, and then test your motive and see if your motive is right. Then as Jesus said in Mark 11:24, “If you say to this mountain, ‘Be moved,’ and don’t doubt in your heart--.” But as long as you got doubt in a heart whether it’s the will of God, or your motive or objective is wrong, how is it going to move? But when you know that your motive is right, and it’s the will of God, and your objective is right, it’s got to move. That’s all, or God told something wrong.

Now, always to find out something first is to find whether it’s the will of God or not. And then if it’s the will of God, then your objective to it, and then your motive in doing it. If it’s the will of God, and your objective is right, and your motive is right, it’s got to happen. There’s just no way to keep it from happening.

So first find the will, if it’s God’s will. And then, what’s your objective in doing it? If it’s selfish, you’ll never get it done, that’s all. It’s got to be real clean and clear before God or it just won’t happen. That’s all. You got to always keep that on your mind, that it’s got to be clean and clear. Your cups must be clean and clear before God or God cannot work with you.

And if we just watch our ministry like that, and just do what God tells you to do no matter if it seems wrong or right. If God’s leading you, you just keep going on. See? It’ll-- The first thing to think of, “Is it the will of God?” and then your motive and objective. If your objective is right and your motive’s right then say to this mountain, “Be moved,” and it’ll move. That’s right. If it’s the will of God, and your objective is right, and your motive’s right it’ll have to do it.

But when my motive and objective is right, and God in my heart is leading me, and I can’t get over the mountain, around the mountain, under the mountain, I’d say, “Mountain, move.” Maybe it... When I say that, and no more than I say it with that kind of a right spirit, led of the Holy Spirit, in the will of God, there might not be but one little spoonful of that mountain drop down, but it’s on its road. The next day there may be a two pounds fall. The next day a quarter of a ton. And maybe in a month, five ton drops in. What of it? May not even see it yet, but she’s moving, on its road. I’ll stay right there and watch the thing be done, because God said so and that just settles it.

Jesus said in Saint Mark 11:24, “If you say to this mountain, Be moved; and don’t doubt in your heart, but believe that what you have said will come to pass, you can have what you said.” Not what I said, what you said. See, if you don’t doubt in your heart but believe that what you have said will come to pass, you can have what you have said.

But now, before you can have that-- And the way I always try to think of that, there has to be the right kind of a motive and the right objective. And if your motive is right, your objective is right, and your faith is right, because that you feel that it’s the will of God, nothing can keep it from happening. Just think of that.

And all the time these things are going on, the Spirit of the living God is striving with flesh, trying to get man away from his own achievement, trying to get man away from his own selfish motives and objectives, to a plan which God has laid down. And as long as man works in his own plan, he will be a failure. And a man can only achieve right when he comes back with the right objective and the right motive, and that is according to God’s plan for him. Any other foundation is on sinking sands.

But God wants us to be stabled. "Anchored in Jesus, the storms of life I'll brave. Anchored in Jesus, I fear no winds or wave."

The first man was in the image of God, which is Spirit, John 4, says, "God is a Spirit, and they that worship Him must worship Him in Spirit and in Truth." But God is a Spirit. And the first man that He created, was spirit-man, and he was in the image and in the likeness of God.

And then He put this man in flesh, and man fell. So then God came down and become in the image of man, that He might redeem that fallen man. That's the real Gospel story, to my opinion.

And when you see the church getting worldly, like it was in the days of Sodom, see the church world all going into the worship the god of this evil age, and seeing that; then seeing a little minority group gathered out under the inspiration of God, producing again the Life of Jesus Christ, by the Scriptures that's supposed to happen, you know what hour you're living in.

This Bible foretells by prophecy what day that we're living, and what time we're living, and what kind of a events ought to be taking place. It foretells it exactly to the letter, and has never missed one age all the time. Not one time has it ever missed, and it won't, for who are predestinated to see it will see it. Jesus said, "No man can come to Me except My Father draws him, and all that the Father has given Me will come." It's the Word joining with the Word. It can't do nothing else.

You know, we could sing too much. We could shout too much till we got hoarse. And we could sing at the wrong time or shout at the wrong time, but here's one thing we're never out of order: when we're praying. "I would that men pray everywhere lifting up holy hands without doubt--"
